* What’s Not Covered: This does not cover physical damage (snapped chains), scratches from wear and tear, or loss of items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
* Earrings (due to hygiene/health regulations).
* Items purchased during a Clearance or "Final Sale" event.
* Personalized or engraved pieces.
* Gift cards.
